The rigid polyurethane spray PE-wrapped pre-fabricated direct-buried insulation pipe is composed of:

• Working Steel Pipe - conveys the medium

• Rigid Polyurethane Foam Insulation Layer - provides thermal insulation

• Polyethylene Outer Casing (wound) - offers mechanical protection and corrosion resistance

Application Scope

• Anti-corrosion & thermal insulation pipelines for heating, cooling, and crude oil transportation

• Medium temperature: ≤ 120°C (peak ≤ 140°C)

• Medium pressure: ≤ 2.5 MPa

• Installation methods: Direct burial (primary), trench laying, or overhead installation
