      The heat shrinkable tape and other products produced by our heat shrinkable tape production line are widely used in municipal pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, and corrosion protection of ordinary steel pipes. Commonly used pipelines include hollow wall spiral wound pipes, steel-reinforced spiral corrugated pipes, plastic-steel spiral wound pipes, double-flat-wall plastic-steel spiral wound pipes, PVC-U sewage pipes, polyurethane foam insulated pipes (black and yellow jacket pipes), 3PE steel pipes, and other steel pipes.

     The heat shrinkable tape production line consists of an LDPE substrate extrusion production line, a heat shrinkable tape coating production line, heat shrinkable sleeve processing equipment, and auxiliary equipment. This unit has low energy consumption, low noise, controllable production speed, and a high degree of automation.

New Product Introduction: The fiberglass reinforced heat shrinkable tape production line is based on the existing unit, adding fiberglass unwinding equipment, fiberglass heating and leveling equipment, a 65/30 single-screw extruder, and a special T-shaped flat-head die, etc. This production line can continuously form three-layer fiber-reinforced heat shrinkable tape in one pass, with fast production speed, high yield, and low energy consumption.


      The successful development of the fiberglass reinforced heat shrinkable tape production line represents a relatively advanced production line for fiber-reinforced heat shrinkable tape.

      The heat shrinkable tape production line first produces qualified substrate from an LDPE substrate extrusion line. Then, a professional heat shrinkable tape irradiation center selects an appropriate irradiation dose for radiation cross-linking treatment, giving the substrate good fire resistance and strength.

      The irradiated substrate is then fed into the heat shrinkable tape coating line for coating. This process first involves secondary stretching of the heat shrinkable tape substrate to ensure good shrinkage rate in the finished product. Then, a uniquely formulated hot melt adhesive is extruded from a reaction vessel and bonded to the substrate, resulting in a high peel strength.

      Based on actual production needs and market demand, the heat shrinkable tape production line can produce heat shrinkable tape, sleeve-type heat shrinkable sleeves, and clip-on heat shrinkable sleeves, among other products.
